There is no need to replace the hop up base, Field tested with WE G17,

result is satisfied when using 0.25~0.36 BB. Shooting range is more than doubled compared to the original part.

Very good stability as hop up rubber is well wrapped.

Further tested with MARUI M160 VSR10, precision and stability is excellent under 40 meters,

hit points within circle of radius 5 centimeters. FPS is also increased due to airtight design.

Unlike most similar products in the market using double bump point to increase friction,

SLONG Heavy Hop up features single bump point design, with R angle concave wrapped 6mm BB to get the max friction.
